The official blog of the American Chesterton Society where we talk about anything Chesterton talks about or writes about; including everything and everything else.
"You should not look a gift universe in the mouth." GKC
The discovery of this excellent blog is one of the most encouraging things I've seen in a long, long time. These girls deserve or graditude and support for making Chesterton accessible to young people.
ReplyDeleteKeep it up, girls! :-D
The teen that got her poem published in the June Gilbert is pretty impressive, too. Her name is RoseMary Johnson, only 15 years old!
ReplyDeleteAnd it looks like Gilbert is soliciting contributions from readers under 18, so maybe the ChesterTeens might contribute something someday? Let's hope so.
The contributions from people 18 and younger are reserved for a special section we call "The Ethics of Elfland." It can be an essay, poem, or even a photo (so long as no one older than 18 is present).
ReplyDeleteWe hardly ever run it, because we hardly ever get submissions from teens, but I am very happy to run stuff when we get it.
