After listening to this, the thought occurred to me that someone has created a graphic novel of H. G. Wells "War of the Worlds," but I'm not aware of any graphic novels of this work, or any other Chesterton work. Would anyone know of any? Dark Horse comics has published a beautiful graphic novel of "War of the Worlds" http://www.darkhorse.com/profile/preview.php?theid=13-190
ReplyDeleteThere are some out of print books, called "Classics Illustrated" you might find on eBay or at used books suppliers. Younger readers enjoy these a ton. You could try looking there, but I don't think Chesterton's work has been done that way.
ReplyDeleteThanks Nancy. I will look for "Classics Illustrated." I think the time is now ripe for a new graphic novel of G.K.'s classic. I'll see what I can come up with.
