Does anyone know when this GKC card was published. I'd love to use it on a cover of one of my upcoming Chesterton books, and if it's before 1923, it's in the public domain.

Hi, Mike. I don't have the exact date of the card, but I do think it is later than 1923 - I have three other such cards in my collection, and they are all later. Email me and I can provide some fitting illustrations for your forthcoming books. And yes, I would need your new edition of Cecil's book for the bibliography.
